Prostate Cancer UK is a leading charity focused on improving the lives of men affected by prostate cancer. It funds groundbreaking research, raises awareness, and provides expert support to men and their families. Through campaigning and community engagement, the charity aims to improve diagnosis, treatment, and care—working towards a future where no man dies from prostate cancer.
The Brief
Prostate Cancer UK took part in the 2025 London Pride Parade, designing a tote bag, t-shirt, and placard to show visible support for the LGBTQ+ community—particularly trans women, gay and bisexual men, and anyone with a prostate. The bold, inclusive designs aimed to raise awareness of prostate cancer, highlight healthcare inequalities, and increase visibility.
Solution
To support Prostate Cancer UK’s presence at the London Pride Parade, a cohesive and expressive visual identity was developed using bold, inclusive design. The campaign spanned a Pride-branded T-shirt, striking placards, and a tote bag designed as a mobile awareness tool. A unified visual system combined Pride colours with core brand elements to celebrate inclusivity while amplifying prostate cancer awareness within the LGBTQ+ community. Custom iconography representing the LGBTQ+ community was concepted and designed by me, adding personality, clarity, and meaning across all materials.
